LGBTQIA+ Student Wellbeing Series--Breathwork for Stress Release

Event Description:
“LGBTQ+ college students face ‘sizable’ mental health challenges compared to their heterosexual and cisgender peers,” according to Inside Higher Ed. This 90-minute breathwork workshop will be hosted by trauma-informed holistic health practitioner, Tara Tonini and will include guided deep, diaphragmatic breathing to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellness. This workshop is designed to support in transforming habitual patterns of the mind and release stress and tension held in the body. For additional self-care participants will receive unlimited access to guided breathwork meditations for integration and continued self-care.
